Due to the Snowpocalypse and a busted treadmill I did not get to do much running this past week. While I was trying to get in comparable training on the stationary bike, my faithful running partner elected to do his usual laps in the back yard. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words so I will leave you with the following image and the hope the everyone will run with such joy!
